Touch of spotting and smudging to boards and binding is sound. Ownership inscription to front free endpaper reading "Joseph Palmer Books this Book if you find I wish you wold returne." Additional ownership inscription underneath. Mild spotting and occasional inoffensive staining to interior; text legible throughout. Overall a Very Good early 19th-century reprint of Hubbard's "corner-stone authority on the subject," (Howes).
