Gilt image of ostrich type bird standing on a crown to the front board, same image blind stamped to the rear board. No lettering. 7.75ins x 4.75ins, 7pp (introduction), 3pp (accounts), xcvi (narrative), 30pp (list of subscibers and the amount they contributed) plus frontis and 4pp plates. A very detailed account of the erection of the Leicester Monument in Holkham to honour the life of Thomas William Coke, Earl of Leicester. A little rubbed to top of spine. G+ nr VG
