Leaflet or fly published by the National Health Insurance Commission (Scotland) notifying would be employers and people of their obligations - somethings never change! 'This act will come into force on - Monday, 15th July 1912.'......'Every person in the service of an employer must be insured, if between the ages of 16 and 70, and must-' and much more besides. A very good copy of a very rare survivor. Several additonal horizontal creases but nonetheless a very good essentially clean copy. Very scarce. Government coat of arms at the head with G.R. too.
