Very dark brown cloth with gilt spine lettering, clean but small bump to each lower fore-edge, slight cloth-rippling to upper front of little consequences, hint of spine end-rubbing and corner bumping - none of this amounts to very much. 245 pp.; booksller's small stamp bottom fr. pastedown (Los Angeles), a large similar but quite faint top fr. end-paper (Kansas City) and red stamp of 'The World Human Culture Foundation, McKay College' (Los Angeles) bottom t.p. margin, fr. end-paper largely taken up by a faint penciled list of topics, easily erasable, otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Contains 20 chapters on various aspects of taxation and tariffs. 11.5 cm x 17 cm
