Book Club Edition with similar binding as the second state First Edition, complete with first edition identification and A-P code on the copyright page. Additionally, it features the same second state dust jacket; however, the front flap lacks a price, and there is a blindstamp at the foot of the rear board. Hardcover. 5 ½ x 8”. 359 pp. Very good in a good dust jacket. The dust jacket is protected in mylar. Rubbing, chipping and creases to the edges of the dust jacket. The interior appears unmarked. The binding is solid.
