Edinburgh: W. H. Lizars et al, 1837. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. Sm 8vo, xvi + pp18-263 with portrait of François Levaillant and hand coloured title vignette complete with 32 hand coloured plates. Hardcover issued without DJ. Publishers binding of brown cloth with gilt titles to spine in good condition with some sunning to spine and marks to boards with a little shelf wear to top and tail of spine. Inside all pages, some of which remain uncut and plates in very good clean and bright condition. A nice copy.
