London: John Murray, 1909. Second Edition. . Hardcover. Journal of Researches into the natural history and geology of the countries visited during the voyage round the world of H.M.S. 'Beagle' under command of Captain Fitz Roy, R.N. Green cloth with dark green decoration, gilt titling to spine, frontispiece shows H.M.S. Beagle, black and white illustrations, 521 pages plus 10 pages of publisher's advertisement. Top free corners lightly bumped, some shelf and edge wear, light fraying to spine ends, previous owners' name to first pastedown and with date to title page, some age darkening, light smudging to fron endpapers, split to rear endpapers therefore binding a bit loose. Pictures available upon request.
