New edition. Vol. II includes the Dogger Bank action and the loss of the Lusitania. Mainly concerned with the Dardanelles Campaign. This volume goes up to the entry of Italy into the War in 1915 and the Resignations of Winston Churchill and Lord Fisher.
All Plans removed from front and rear pockets and also from the main text.
XI preliminary pages, main text 448 p.pages. 9" tall, 760g.
Some closed tears to cloth down sides of spine. Hinges cracked and reinforced with white hinge tape. Gift inscription on ffep dated 1934. No other inscriptions. A few spots of marginal foxing on a few pages.
