Taylor's second of three monographs on reconstruction: the first focused on South Carolina, and the third on Tennessee. Spine lettering dulled, page edges lightly foxed, name on front endpaper, small stain at hinge on the back endpaper, otherwise very good, lacking dust jacket, if issued in one.
