An eclectic periodical, published coincident with Clark's Fulbright study and posting as Instructor in American Poetry, at the University of Essex. The titles varied (all words concluding with 'CE') but each was denoted "A One Shot Magazine ... No Copyright No Nothin." Harrison Fisher was a 20th-century American artist known for his drawings of women, portraits that regularly appeared on early 1900s editions of 'Cosmopolitan' magazine. 'Bachelor Belles' is a 1908 portfolio of Fisher's portraits – each beautifully colored.
