London: T. & A. D. Poyser, 1994. Second Impression. Hardcover. Very Good/near Very Good. 2nd printing. 4to (282 x 240mm). Pp xiv + 520 illustrated with line drawings and maps throughout. Blue cloth boards stamped in gilt on the spine. A clean, unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. Just a touch of light damp marking to the lower part of the cloth and the prelims. The lower part of the protected dust jacket is showing light damp staining and the dust jacket has a couple of closed tears.
