Scribners, 1979. Hardcover. Good/Good. First edition thus - this is the revised version of her excellent 1966 cookbook, with the essay on the "nickel dinner". Ex-library copy. DJ in plastic cover, glued in with usual stickers. Spine is sun-faded. Edges of text block are stamped and lightly soiled. Library pocket glued in on ffep. Rear endpapers have some spots. Title page has a library stamp. Otherwise, interior appears clean.
