About This Item

First Edition Hardcover Book in Dust Jacket. Book in Good + Condition with a square and tight binding . Previous owner's name and embossed book stamp on free end page. Contents clean and bright. Jacket in Fair condition with moderate rubbing and edge wear. I have enclosed the jacket in a removable Mylar sleeve to protect it from further wear. Noted author's first novel, inspired by the life of Charlie Parker and taking place during the gritty 1950's New York City jazz scene. Scarce and collectible.
