The novel was originally to be entitled "Obedience" but was changed at the last moment after it had been printed as another novel of the same name was published. Previous owner's inscription on ffep and rear free ep. Very intermittent spots of light foxing in text. Light browning on eps. Blue boards with navy blue lettering. Top, bottom and edges of spine rubbed. Corners bumped. Overall condition VG. No dust wrapper.
