Very good. 8vo., unpaginated, color & b& white illustrations by Eloise Wilkin. -- Light edge wear to the extremities, Top edge near the middle of the front cover has rubbed spot to the cloth (see photo). The last blank page and endsheet has three minor closed tears at the bottom edge. "This book belongs to" filled out in pencil. -- Internally the book is clean and tight. The back cover lists seven titles available in clothbound editions. --.
