Oslo, Norway: Gyldendal, 1940. Card Cover. A history of Norwegians in Greenland, written in Danish, in two volumes. Tan card covers with yapp edges, brown titling and illustration, text block edges untrimmed, illustrated with some clusters of black and white photographs, many upper page edges uncut, 1077 pages. Covers have significant edge wear to yapp edges on leading and lower edges and lower spine ends, damp stains to spine covers and adjacent edges, hinge of Vol. I lightly cracked at half-title page and pages 29 and 33, otherwise texts appear to be clean and tight. This set is overweight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
