Chicago: The Lewis Publishing Company, 1941. 1st Edition. Cloth. Good/Good. 1st editions. 5 volume set, complete. 4to., [Vol.1] lxxx, 654; [Vol.2] 833; [Vol.3] 590; [Vol.4] 590; [Vol.5] 647 pp., illustrated. Bound in the publisher's red cloth, with title and volume on spines. Decorative end papers. Four volumes have their original publisher's brown paper shipping wraps, with the sets name on the front panels, and a round cut away over where the volume number is on the spine. Condition of the shipping wrappers range from Fair to Very Good, some have tears at their crowns and feet. The cloth of the 5 volumes varies from poor to Very Good (Volume 1 has water damage on the rear board), small sunned circles on the spines where the shipping wrappers let through the sunlight. Some spotting to the text edges. Internally clean. *** Note: International orders (only) will require additional shipping costs. ***.
