Brougher with best wishes, Alfred Apsler", very good + hardcover shows mils shelf wear and ownership sticker at front pastedown, in very good dust jacket that shows rubbing, exposure toning along spine and edgewear that includes closed tears and shallow open chipping mainly at spine ends. 180 pages with illustrations by Morton Garchik. Solid copy in jacket of this work on "..the pioneer Jew in the conquest of America's last frontier.
