(10234) Card covered in red cloth with gilt lettering to front board and to slightly faded spine and dulled marbling to page edges. 486 pages plus 40 pages of "Sketch of Norwegian and Swedish Grammar with vocabulary and list of phrases". 37 maps, 22 plans and three panoramas. Red and green marker ribbons. Front endpapers split at joint exposing the mull which is still holding firm. Blind stamp of W. H. Smith on front fly-leaf together with previous owners signature. Faint pencil jottings on reverse side of front fly-leaf. A tight sound clean copy.
