First edition, no. 65 of 300 numbered copies signed by the author. 319 pp. 8vo., green buckram with gilt spine lettering and cover vignette. Spine sunned to light brown, remnant of silver foil star on spine. TEG. Owner's bookplate on front pastedown. B/w frontispiece portrait with tissue guard, and green woodcut vignette on title page (same as cover vignette). Lehmann's second novel.
