Vol. I: pp 294; spine, binding and cover all fine, top and bottom edges of spine worn, inside guttering on front cover exposed but binding is fine. Contents clean, no inscription, though endpapers foxing and outer edges softening. Vol. II: pp 352; spine, binding and cover all fine, top and bottom edges of spine very mildly worn; no exposed guttering. Similar to Vol I, contents clean, no inscription, though endpapers mildly foxing and outer edges softening. Gilt titles on spines and small gilt design on front covers.
