Hardcover Book in Very Good Condition. VOLUME XI: The Wrong Box and The Ebb Tide (both written in collaboration with Loyd Osbourne). Binding of red buckram, embossed pebble cloth gilt title blocks on front with decorative tooling with thistle design, gilt titles on spine with decoratively tooled compartments, with embossed thistle design at spine head and heel, not gilt. Front inner hinge cracked. Very clean, slight rubbing of some corners and spine edges; tight sewn binding, square with sharp corners. Top edge gilt. Fore edge and bottom edge rough cut. Endpapers, flyleaf very clean. Frontis tissue protected: From a drawing by Alfred Brennan, in browntones. Pages very clean and unmarked, lightly toned.
