Second printing (1938) of a rare novel, cloth is worn and pushed to spine ends but clean, book is cocked, dust and foxing to edges, browning to endpapers, text is very good; protected dust-wrapper is browned and chipped, with losses to top of spine, top and bottom of front panel near the flap ('arp' of Sharp, and 'ree' of Tree missing), and the upper part of the rear flap, but most of the attractive cover artwork is present.. Reprint. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable.
