Pp. viii+266, the title page printed in red & black, floral patterned endpapers; f'cap. 8vo; olive green cloth over bevelled boards, lettered and decorated in gilt, lightly worn; uncut; upper hinge cracked, the lower hinge starting, bookseller's sticker on upper pastedown, bookseller's blind stamp on upper free endpaper, outer leaves offset, a little minor marginal pencilling and occasional slight soiling; Elliot Stock, London, 1893. Fourth edition. *With the book labels of W. Metcalfe and Claude Prance on upper pastedown, with Prance's pencilled signature and provenance note on verso of upper free endpaper. Later from the library of David Levine, Sydney, with his label also on upper pastedown.
