Illustrated with 28 aquatint plates and 3 color plate maps. Three quarter dark leather binding with marbled paper covered boards. Faded gilt titles on spines. Edge wear to boards. Shelf wear and darkening to marbled paper covered boards. Light to moderate scattered foxing to pages. Purple name and address stamp of "W. C. Collinge 3, Kill Road, Barrow-in-Furness" on both front paste downs.
