Book has brown boards with some bumping to corners and spine ends, a slight lean to the spine and with gold lettering to spine and a nautical coat of arms on the front board, also in gold. Darkening to page edges, but text is tight, bright and clean. P/o stamp on fep stating "Education officer, H.M.S. Dartmouth". Wrapper has general shelf wear, with rubbing to extremities and 1" tear to bottom of front fold over. A lovely copy of an extremely rare book.. First Edition.. Hard Back. Good +`/good +.
