Texts tight, clean & intact. A few lightly foxed pages. Uncut pages. All spine labels intact. Vol. #1 (xlv, 242pp, 2) decorated with a portrait of the author engraved intaglio by Augustin de Saint-Aubin after Nattier and 5 full page plates by Moreau the Younger engraved on copper by Simonet, Dupréel and Duhamel. There is a double set of engravings: the first leaf in black & white followed by a duplicate leaf that has been hand colored for a total of 12 engravings. Vol. #2 (4, 243-599). Vol. #3 (4, 269, 1). Poetry, Drama; Hand colored Plates; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 778 pages .
