Returns accepted when requested and item returned within 30 days of purchase if the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also request that the original packaging and box be utilized for all returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an email will be sent to the email address on file within forty-eight business hours, and, once approved, your refund will be processed within forty-eight business hours through the original method of payment system, with a credit to be automatically applied to your original method of payment account, typically within forty-eight business hours.
Please note that the availability of funds processed due to the refund is subject your original method of payment's applicable terms and conditions. All refunds must be issued to the original method of payment account and cannot be substituted for any reason.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If an expected refund has not yet been received, please examine the original method of payment account, typically listed as a "Credit" or "Refund".
Be sure to review the account terms and conditions as they apply to credits and refunds, as there is often internal processing time at financial institutions before a refund is posted.

Please note that items are not considered returned until confirmed delivery by postal carrier to the above listed return address. Buyers are responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipping, and as such, any such damage may prevent or limit the refund amount.
