Blue cloth hardcover with light wear, very clean, light sunning to spine but gilt stamping still bright, top edge gilt, well bound, clean and unmarked, one leaf with short tear, two leaves remain uncut. Frontispiece with torn tissue guard. 233 pages, plus 29 plates, two double-page, mostly vintage photographs, includes an index. Scarce title.
