Published in NY by New Amsterdam, in London by George Redway; printed in England. This copy is not dated but does have an orig owner's inscription (in pencil) on the flyleaf dated 1898. Bumps to spine ends and corners, slight soiling to upper front cover and spine, blue/gray cloth.
