Augusta, Maine: n/p, 1909. First Edition. Illustrated with 63 plates (complete) in black-and-white. Bound in original full burgundy cloth with the title stamped in gilt on the front and spine. Wear at corners and head and heel, some of the plates are loose, otherwise very good.
