Original burgundy leather-textured cloth with title and decoration in gilt, pictorial paper inset on from cover, octavo, 160 pp., plus a16-page catalogue of Old Mr. Boston products and a 16-page "Home Bar Guide" - both unpaginated sections printed in 4 colors on glossy stock. Text and decorations printed in black and rose throughout, pictorial endpapers.

First printing was in January, 1935, this fifth printing dated October, 1941. Scarce early printing of a classic bartender's guide originally published just 2 years after repeal of the Volstead Act. Scarce.
