Illustrated by Juliette A. Owen and Louis Wain. Octavo. 310pp. Green cloth. The binding is worn and soiled with slight discoloration to both covers, spine is browned, lacking front flyleaf, rear hinge is cracked, few mended tears to text, just a good copy. Many of the stories are written in black dialect.
