Omaha: The Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, 1990. First Edition (stated). . Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. Photographs. Bound in slate blue cloth with titles in gilt. First edition (stated). Inscribed and signed by the author on the front free endpaper in 1991. Bookplate of the former owner with his signature, also on the front endpapers. No other marks or writing. The cloth shows no wear; the dust wrapper has a trace of edgewear and very faint rubbing. A clean, tight copy with the dust jacket in mylar. Uncommon signed. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
