John Lane The Bodley Head, 1928. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1928. First Edition. Unpaginated. No dust jacket. Pictorial paper covered boards with black cloth to spine. Contains black and white illustrated plates. Pages and plates are lightly tanned and foxed throughout, heavier to endpapers and pastedowns. Minor pencil inscription to front pastedown. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Splits and some scuffing to spine.
