Boston: Ticknor & Co., n.d. [c.1883]. A cloth folder, approximately 10 x 14”, when open displaying a sample cover poster for the periodical (”For Sale Here”), including a mounted “gelatine” photograph detail of Richardson’s Austin Hall at Harvard (”Specimen of Gelatine Plate, Issued with the Gelatine Edition”). Opposite is a printed label instructing the newsdealer to display a new plate weekly. Some staining; very good.
