About This Item

2002. An attractive portrait in pastel by the Armenian artist Nerses Vardanyan. Image is 310 x 400 mm (12¼ x 15¾ inches). Glazed and mounted in a stained wood frame. Frame is 440 mm wide x 540 mm high. Signed to the rear of the frame with the artist's name and dated 2002. Pastel is in immaculate condition. Frame has a little wear. Born in the Ararat Province of Armenia in 1957, Nerses has been living in Belgium since 1999. He paints portraits, still life, landscapes and seascapes.
