An outstanding copy of a more-than-a-century-old treasure looking in almost new condition. Liberally illustrated with plates. Tissue-protected frontis in tip-top condition, Uncut page edges: TOP EDGE GILT.Blue boards with illustration and bright-gilt titling, Same on spine. An important book that has been reprinted many times since the copyright expired, but this is the ORIGINAL. I grade it FINE PLUS for a 19th century book and even if it were a modern book, I would grade it near fine
