Adelaide: F.W. Preece and Sons, 1937 presentaiton copy from the author (signed as Lance Milne) to JGD with memories of St Peters [1927-1934], this is John Geoffrey Denniston, who served with King Edward's Horse (The King's Oversea Dominions Regiment) in WWI, the author comments on the publics lack of interest in politics, and comments on militarism and pacifism, with reference to WWI, 105pp, PASTED at rear is a newspaper clipping review of this book dated 1937 and a short letter from Milne to Denniston, this has been partially pasted in. Sewn sheets with a tipped on jacket, spine is sunfaded and worn with some splits to joints. Presentation Copy. First Edition. Soft Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6? - 7? tall.
