Oblong folio. 40pp. Glazed boards, the upper board with a brightly colored chromolithograph featuring a parrot. Green cloth spine, the rear board is plain. Patterned endpapers. Illustrated with Illustrated with 10 full color chromolithographed plates; 7 full page black and white plates, and numerous text illustrations. Neat ink inscription dated 1913 on the front free endpaper. Boards worn at edges and the rear board worn in a pattern, one page with a short marginal closed tear (no loss) else this is a very good copy and quite scarce in this condition.
