The volume is edge rubbed, with fraying on and near the spine ends, and there is light age toning to the leaves. The dust jacket, sleeved in mylar, is uniformly corner clipped (price of $1.75 is intact), soiled with some light moisture spots on and near the spine, and edge rubbed with very shallow corner and spine chips. Laid in is a 1937 advertisement to join Group Theatre which features this play in its production schedule.

The book itself shows slight edge and corner wear, ever so slight fraying of the topmost of the spine, edges lightly toned, handsome former owner bookplate on the front free endpaper, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards are bright and colorful. The dust jacket shows a slightly toned spine, some light edge wear, otherwise is bright, colorful, and distinct. As pictured.
