An unusual look at Britain's trees and how to recognise them: a 'revelatory ramble through country and city', informally written. Has lots of information on tree species and their history but is nothing like a conventional nature guide. Near fine copy: just previous owner's details on front free endpaper, and very slight colour fade to spine of jacket.
