Boston, MA: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1990. First edition thus. Hardcover. 294 pages. Published on the tenth anniversary of the original edition and includes new material. A close to near fine copy in paper covered boards with a cloth spine with a few small spots to the fore edge and in a very good dust jacket with a sticker shadow, some light soiling, a tear to the front panel and a long tear to the bottom of the rear panel with a tape repair to the verso.

All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. Books are returnable for any reason within 10 days provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.
