Spines dirty but clear, xiii, 358, [2] p. 1st edition (March 1891). show an A text on p. vi of the Advertisement, with a Catalogue of books, 64 p., bound in after the leaf of advertisements for other works by Dean Church. The A text, p. vi, lines18-20, reads: `time; ...in what was / assumed...practicable and / reasonable'. Corners bumped/light shelf wear and small tear across spine. Otherwise very good clean copy of this rare first edition.. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket Issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
