Oxford: Basil Blackwell, Broad Street,. Very Good- with no dust jacket. 1920. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Navy blue cloth spine with grey paper covered boards. Spine title in white. Title and dates in deep clear white to the front board. Some marks/discolouration to the paper covers but generally clean and tight, but bottom front and rear corners bumped. Remaining corners good. Page fore-edges lightly dusty/toned with age and untrimmed as issued. A few pages roughly opened as often in the case of these books with untrimmed, often uncut, page edges, THIS COPY BELONGED TO HUMBERT WOLFE (Italian-born British Poet) and his name and date (28/ x /1920) is written by him in ink on the top of the front free endpaper. NO other inscriptions or marks. Internally generally VERY clean, tight and bright. (ix) + (3) + 180pp. This 'omnibus' volume covers the Oxford Poetry books issued between 1917 to 1919. Other notable budding authors/writers like Dorothy L. Sayers, Aldous Huxley, Vera Brittain, Robert Graves and L. A. G. Strong, etc, also appear in this volume. Quite Scarce and with Humbert Wolfe's signature. See Images. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
