London: T Fisher Unwin, 1892. Book. Illus. by Daniel Vierge. Fair. Cloth. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. The full title of the book reads thus: "Pablo de Segovia - The Spanish Sharper translated from the original of Francisco de Quevedo-Villegas, illustrated with one hundred and ten drawings by Daniel Vierge together with comments on them by Joseph Pennell and an essay on the life and writings of Quevedo by Henry Edward Watts". Blue cloth with title in gilt on spine. Condition: Fair to good, covers are quite shelfworn, more so to head and tail of spine and cover corners. Sunning to spine and cover edges. Watersplashmark to rear cover, not affecting the book internally in any way. Browning to endpapers. Title page, frontispiece and tissue guard all quite browned and foxed. Text throughout is generally lightly foxed, heavier in places. 239pp. A heavy book, will require extra shipping charges if to be sent outside UK. Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
