Moderate soiling and toning to wraps, approx. 1" loss to paper and glassine at foot of spine, 2" split to wrap and jacket at head of spine; occasional foxing, a few gatherings weak but intact. Inscribed by Olmer on ffep. Part guide to manufacturing machine-made paper, part trade catalogue, and every bit an advertisement for the author's papermaking operation, the work includes a priced extract from Olmer's catalogue including a note identifying this brochure's paper stock as "petit-raisin de 24 kil." .
