Founded in 1958 by ex alcoholic Dederich the group won fame in the 60's for work with drug addicts. They were centered in Santa Monica, California. It began to call itself the "new religion" in the 70's. Here the writer reveals its cultish activities and the reader will see how thought control develops. 288 pp.
