Cet ouvrage, composé en Plantin corps 14 par SEP 2000 et réalisé d'après les maquettes originales de Massin, a été achevé d'imprimer le 15 juillet 1976 sur les presses de Draeger, Maître Imprimeur à Paris et sur papier d'Arjomari-Prioux.
