Stated First Printing 4to size horizontal clothbound hardcover with dust jacket; 209 pages with many black and white photographs, some full page photographs Foreword by James M. Storey Contents are Grouped by Years: 1888-1910 1910-1923 1923-1937 1937-1948 1948-1959 1959-1971 1971-1988 The Park School was founded in 1888 in Brookline, Massachusetts by Caroline Pierce. The author and writer of the foreword are both Park School alumni. We have two copies: Both copies have warped front covers, where the front cover does not lie flat on the pages. Both have edgewear and minor chipping to heal of spine. Book one has a jacket with wear and edgewear and a three-inch tear and small chip on bottom front; bumped head and heel of spine and bottom back corner. The first four pages including fep have a light crease. Book two has a jacket with edgewear, a half inch tear to bottom front and scratches on back of jacket. Please specify which book you would like, or it is our choice. Yes, we do find it odd that we have two copies of a book and both have warped covers. We do not know if the cover will correct and lay flat under a heavy weight, such as a large dictionary. . First. Cloth. Good/Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Private Press.
